Privacy & enquiries.

This notice covers the general enquiry form on bulkwaste.com. Updated October 23, 2026.

What you share

The form collects your name, email address, enquiry topic, message, optional business name and your agreement to this notice. Please leave out addresses, payment details, access codes and other sensitive information.

How it is used

BulkWaste uses these details to record, review and handle your enquiry. Submitting this form doesn’t book a service, verify an account or subscribe you to marketing. We don’t sell enquiry details.

Storage and access

Contact details and message content are encrypted in the database. Authorized project operators can access them to handle enquiries. A record of the enquiry reference, topic and creation event is kept for operational auditing. Our hosting provider processes the stored data and maintains hosting backups.

Email is currently paused

The system records a pending receipt notification, but automatic email delivery hasn’t been enabled. No email is claimed to have been sent. Your on-screen reference confirms the enquiry was saved.

Essential browser storage

An essential session cookie protects the form and lets you view your receipt. Fonts are served directly from this site. A temporary, keyed digest of the connection address is used for abuse limits; raw addresses aren’t stored in the enquiry database. Hosting and network providers may keep their own security and access logs.

Questions about your personal data

To ask about your enquiry data, use the general enquiry form, choose “Something else” and include your reference if you have one. Please use the same email address. Any request to access, correct or remove personal data must be verified before action is taken. Retention and removal procedures will be reviewed as the full platform develops.
